Sign Your Authorization Card!
Forming a union is a democratic process.
We intend to obtain union recognition by having a majority of WWU Operational Student Employees (OSEs) sign union authorization cards. When a majority of us sign cards to authorize our representation by UAW, the Washington State Public Employee Relations Commission will count the cards and approve our petition to form a union. We the hope to begin bargaining with WWU. No one will pay any dues or fees until the collective bargaining agreement has been approved by a vote of OSEs.
To sign the card, complete the form below to download a PDF of the authorization card, and then please print it and sign it with a pen. Please note, you MUST physically sign and date the card in order for it to be counted. We strongly recommend using a single pen with blue or black ink.
To return the card, you may either:
- Scan or photograph your card with the original signature and date and email it to
